No one said the HKS is the best bang for the buck; if i had to do it again today, i'd buy the 3071 WG kit specialtyz makes - $3600 dollars for 2 turbos, forged actuators, oil lines, compressor inlet pipe, and compressor outlet couplers and all other hardware is tough to beat for that kind of power. the HKS housing is still more efficient than JWT's housing - turbine housing and wheel are exactly the same. however, again i dont know if thats worth the premium price you pay. If you are not trying to squeeze every last drop of horsepower out of your setup, id say if you want a complete kit without much hassle of trying to find the right bolts, oil lines, hoses, adapters, etc. the 700's would be a good choice.
